About the Role

Our customer is seeking an experienced ESRI Administrator to support and maintain its Global Enterprise GIS platform. This role is focused on enterprise level ESRI administration and infrastructure support, working closely with IT and geospatial teams to ensure stability, performance, and scalability of ArcGIS environments.

This position is ideal for a hands on ESRI professional who enjoys backend platform ownership and solving complex technical challenges.

What You'll Do

Administer and support ArcGIS Enterprise, Server, Portal, Online, and Pro
Install, configure, patch, and upgrade ESRI software in enterprise environments
Support Windows Server and IIS infrastructure supporting ArcGIS platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve complex ESRI related system issues
Work with SQL Server and Oracle databases, including schema design and custom queries
Support cloud hosted environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
Use ServiceNow for incident, request, and change management
Develop documentation, SOPs, and knowledgebase content
Collaborate with IT, engineers, planners, and geospatial teams globally

What We re Looking For

Proven experience as an ESRI / ArcGIS Administrator
Strong understanding of enterprise GIS architecture
Experience with Windows Server, IIS, and relational databases
Ability to work independently and manage operational responsibilities
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
ITIL experience or certification is a plus

What This Role Is Not

Not a GIS analyst or cartography role
Not project delivery or client facing consulting
Not entry level
