Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java-based full stack development, Agile delivery, CI/CD, cloud development, and application security and a proven ability to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve resilient software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance full stack applications.


• Apply Agile methodologies within a common framework to deliver incremental value.


• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with a focus on quality and automation.


• Build cloud-ready services with reliability, resiliency, and security controls.


• Contribute across software engineering disciplines including analysis, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Java programming.


• Proficiency in full stack development and multiple design techniques.


• Working proficiency with tools to build, test, deploy, and monitor modern applications.


• Strong understanding of Agile practices within at least one framework.


• Knowledge of CI, CD, TDD, cloud development, application resiliency, and security principles.


• Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages.


• Working proficiency across software engineering disciplines, including analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with public cloud platforms and containerization.


• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery with DevOps practices.

Interview Process:

• Technical interview: 1.5 to 2 hours, in person preferred.


• Managerial round: 30 minutes, optional.
