AI/ML Architect

Role Overview

• We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer / Architect to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ML algorithms, deep learning, data pipelines, and production-grade AI systems, along with the ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions aligned with business goals
• Develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models
• Build scalable data pipelines and model deployment frameworks
• Lead model lifecycle management (training, validation, deployment, monitoring)
• Work with large datasets and perform feature engineering and data preprocessing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, product managers, DevOps)
• Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments
• Stay updated with latest advancements in AI/ML and recommend adoption strategies
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning)
• Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
• Experience in model deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs)
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform AI services)
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience working with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs (e.g., transformers, NLP models)
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures
• Exposure to AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices
• Prior experience in architecting enterprise-scale AI solutions
