Position: Bilingual Project Manager

Job Description:-
A Bilingual Project Manager leads projects in multilingual settings, ensuring on-time delivery while bridging language gaps between global teams and clients, common in IT services
Key Responsibilities-
Program Governance Setup: Establish and enforce a robust PMO governance structure, including stage-gate reviews, steering committee cadences, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management logs.
Integrated Planning: Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule that aligns technology deployments (SAP, HighRadius, etc.) with process harmonization and organizational change management activities.
Resource & Cost Management: Monitor program budgets, track actuals vs. forecast, and manage resource utilization across internal teams and external system integrators.
Documentation & Standardization: Define the standard for project artifacts (Project Charters, BRDs, UAT Sign-offs); ensure all project managers and leads adhere to strict documentation protocols.
Stakeholder Communication: execute a comprehensive communication plan; prepare high-impact status reports and dashboards for C-suite executives and the Board.
Vendor Management: manage commercial and operational relationships with external consultants and technology vendors, ensuring SOW deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify bottlenecks and conflicts between parallel workstreams (e.g., O2C vs. R2R dependencies) and facilitate rapid resolution.
Tool Administration: Own the administration and configuration of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools to ensure real-time visibility into project health.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or Management.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certification is mandatory. Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
Experience: 10-12 years of project/program management experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to large-scale Finance Transformation programs.
Methodology: Deep understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
TECHNICAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
PPM Tools: Expert proficiency in ServiceNow PPM, MS Project, and JIRA.
Collaboration: Advanced skills in Confluence, Smartsheet, and SharePoint for document repository management.
Reporting: Ability to generate automated dashboards and status reports integrating data from various sources.
