Summary

Mandatory Skills:

Design and build user interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder and Next Experience
Create and configure Workspaces, Pages, Components, and Layouts
Assemble UIs using Now Experience UI Framework components
Configure data bindings, events, client state parameters, and navigation
Translate UX designs, wireframes, and requirements into functional ServiceNow pages
Ensure UI consistency with ServiceNow design standards and enterprise branding
Implement responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences
Collaborate with backend ServiceNow developers on data sources, Scripted REST APIs, and business logic
Apply accessibility and usability best practices (WCAG compliance)
Troubleshoot UI performance, rendering, and databinding issues
Support iterative enhancements and continuous UI improvements
Document UI configurations and reusable components

Preferred / NicetoHave Skills

Experience with ServiceNow Workspace / Agent Workspace / CSM / ITSM Next Experience
