Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- Experience in systems implementation, process improvements, or systems reengineering projects with a banking organization or consulting company.
- Undergraduate degree or higher, preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance.
- Knowledge of SDLC lifecycle, Agile, and other methodologies.
- Experience in SQL through HIVE, MS SQL Server, Teradata, HUE, Dremio, etc.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Visio, and MS Access.
Responsibilities:
- Understand various product attributes from upstream, including Lending products, Facility, Security, Security Finance Transaction, and Derivative.
- Quickly learn and apply new concepts such as LEF Risk Shifting for Credit Default Swap, SFT, Derivative Guarantees, and LC Fronting.
- Perform data gap analysis on systems, processes, and procedures as required for the project.
- Create reporting mapping logic or requirement documents.
- Communicate requirements to development and QA, perform testing, coordinate UAT testing, and assist with production implementation.
- Contribute to process reengineering and process improvement where applicable.
- Support user training and documentation as needed.
- Report the BA team working status and raise concerns or issues that may hinder project progress to management and PMs.
