Job Description


We are seeking a Data Analyst III to join our dynamic team supporting Meta's Research Operations Insights organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in consultative analytics, dashboard development, and stakeholder communication and a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights that improve UX Research efficiency and organizational health.



Responsibilities:



  • Partner with UX Researchers, Research Program Managers, and Research leaders to identify, track, and resolve issues impacting the UX Research ecosystem.

  • Design and perform analyses to optimize research processes, infrastructure performance, and organizational health metrics.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that integrate business data into operational and strategic decisions.

  • Investigate existing datasets to surface risks, diagnose root causes, and inform solution opportunities.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences through clear narratives and visuals.

  • Manage concurrent projects in a cross-functional environment and drive outcomes amid ambiguity.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Proficiency in data analysis and dashboarding using tools such as SQL and BI platforms.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling capabilities.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in at least one of the following: management consulting, data analytics, sales operations, finance, or human resources.

  • BA/BS with 5+ years, or MBA/MA/MS with 4+ years, focused on using data to uncover insights and drive action.

  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and deliver results with minimal guidance.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience supporting UX Research, Research Operations, or product development analytics.

  • Background in building operational metrics for process optimization and program performance.


Education/Experience:



  • Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training required.

  • BA/BS with 5+ years, or MBA/MA/MS with 4+ years, of consulting, data analytics, or corporate experience using data to drive decisions and communicating analyses to technical and non-technical audiences.
