We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Product Owner (Twilio) with one of our clients.

Position: Technical Product Owner (Twilio)

Location: Remote (USA)
Domain: Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and QA to deliver product features.
Support Contact Center reporting and analytics initiatives.
Utilize SQL for data analysis and reporting needs.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner/Product Owner.
Hands-on SQL and database knowledge.
Experience with end-to-end Contact Center Reporting.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria.
Agile/Scrum experience.

Preferred Skills:

Twilio or Twilio Insights experience.
Healthcare domain experience.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA) reporting.
