About the Role
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to support a nationwide digital transformation initiative for a leading cable and broadband technology organization. This role plays a critical part in enabling distributed access architecture across nextgeneration cable network systems and supporting large-scale virtualized environments designed for highspeed broadband delivery. As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate closely with multiple products, engineering, and operations teams. Your focus will be on automation, cloud technologies, monitoring systems, and building highly scalable and reliable infrastructure. This position requires strong technical acumen, handson cloud and coding skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure, automation, and DevOps initiatives across digital transformation programs

• Define infrastructure and system requirements using DevOps and SRE best practices

• Build scalable automation solutions using configuration management and IaC tools

• Design and implement monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions through automation

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams

• Contribute to global application roadmaps, technical platforms, and long-term architecture planning

• Support the development and deployment of release management and CI/CD pipelines for online systems

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor s or advanced degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field

• 3+ years of hands-on coding experience with Python or Ruby

• 2+ years of experience or exposure to AWS technologies

• 3+ years of experience in business process or technology implementation

• Proven experience scaling cloud-based applications with strong emphasis on automation

• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and DevOps toolchains

• Strong foundation in IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and distributed environments
