Delivery Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Delivery Manager in Saint Louis, MO.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivery & Execution Leadership:
* Own day-to-day delivery execution across one or more S/4 Aurora workstreams
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand ups, planning, refinements, reviews, retrospectives) for highly technical teams
* Track sprint commitments, delivery risks, and cross team dependencies; Escalate early and clearly
* Maintain delivery transparency through metrics, dashboards, and clear status reporting

Impediment & Dependency Management:
Proactively identify and remove delivery blockers related to: *Integration complexity (IDoc vs non IDoc); SAP BTP middleware dependencies
* Data migration sequencing and cutover readiness: Coordinate with architects, engineers, data teams, and external vendors to resolve constraints quickly; Serve as the connective tissue between Engineering, Data, and downstream consumers

Technical Collaboration:
* Partner closely with SAP engineers, integration developers, and data teams to understand technical realities-not just timelines
* Support planning and execution for: Carve out solutions delivered as full product capabilities; Complex integration patterns; Data migration rehearsal, validation, and cutover support
* Ensure delivery plans account for quality, stability, and operational readiness

Agile Maturity & Continuous Improvement:
* Reinforce consistent Scrum and Agile practices across teams without slowing delivery
* Improve backlog readiness, dependency visibility, and sprint predictability
* Help scale delivery management as the program grows (initially supporting 1-3 DMs, with room to expand)

REQUIREMENTS:
* 2 - 5 years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Technical Project Manager supporting complex enterprise systems
* Proven experience supporting SAP programs, ERP implementations, or large scale enterprise transformations
* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery in technical environments
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
* Comfortable working with engineers, architects, and data teams on deeply technical topics
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clarity

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations
* Experience working in hybrid Agile/program delivery environments

Familiarity with:
* SAP BTP
* Enterprise integrations (IDoc and non IDoc patterns)
* Data migration programs
* Analytics/Power BI dependencies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
