Technical Program Manager (Workday)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a Technical Program Manager (Workday) to come aboard a contract opportunity with one of our clients in Saint Louis, MO. The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will lead the Workday workstream within the Farside transformation program.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience managing Workday implementations or ERP transformation programs
* Strong understanding of Workday modules and integration with systems like Salesforce
* Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, PI planning, sprint execution)
* Familiarity with data migration, API integrations, and security protocols
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
