RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team in Mountain View, CA.

Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM), Contractor to support the Sales Enablement Technology & Readiness team. This role blends technical program management with enablement execution-partnering closely with internal enablement teams to deliver high-quality training, content, and readiness programs that support sales-facing teams.

You will be responsible for driving technical initiatives while also ensuring enablement content is developed, scheduled, and facilitated effectively to support successful adoption of tools and capabilities.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage technical programs and initiatives supporting sales enablement technology and readiness efforts
* Partner closely with internal enablement teams to support content development, training design, and facilitation needs
* Coordinate and manage training schedules, including instructor-led sessions, workshops, and enablement events
* Create and maintain instructor-led training (ILT) materials, primarily using Google Slides, ensuring content is clear, engaging, and aligned to program objectives
* Support facilitation planning, including logistics, readiness, and coordination with presenters and stakeholders
* Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Sales, Enablement, and Operations to define scope, timelines, and dependencies
* Translate business and enablement requirements into clear technical and program plans
* Track execution across workstreams, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
* Develop and deliver program status updates, documentation, and executive-ready communications
* Support change management and adoption efforts to ensure successful rollout of new tools, processes, and training

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management
* Experience partnering with enablement, learning, or training teams to deliver content and readiness programs
* Strong ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
* Comfort working with technical teams and understanding software development lifecycles
* Hands-on experience creating instructor-led training materials, ideally using Google Slides
* Experience scheduling and coordinating live training or facilitation sessions
* Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting sales enablement or go-to-market teams
* Background in facilitation or training delivery
* Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Smartsheet or similar program management and collaboration tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
