For this contractor assignment, as an IT Quality Assurance Analyst in the Commercial Lines Technology Group, you'll be part of the Core Auto Delivery organization. You'll help ensure the quality and reliability of new capabilities and enhancements for Commercial Auto products used by our customers.

responsibilities:
- Work within an Agile delivery team to analyze requirements, develop and execute test scenarios, and validate APIs that transfer customer data from third-party vendors into our Duck Creek quoting platform.
- Perform functional, risk-based, API, and regression testing.
- Maintain automated test scripts.
- Document and track defects.
- Collaborate with developers and business partners to resolve quality issues.
- Apply strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify risks and advocate for process improvements.
- Support the delivery of dependable solutions that contribute to the success of the Commercial Auto business.
qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
- {OR} the completion of a technical training program and a minimum of 4 years of related work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a Business or Information Technology discipline or related field of study and a minimum of 4 years of work experience analyzing, testing, and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing.
