About the Role

We are seeking a Product Owner with experience in the Wellness & Fitness Technology domain. In this role, you will serve as the key link between stakeholders and the development team within an Agile environment. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the backlog, and ensuring the delivery of features that drive maximum business value.

Experience with Generative AI is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for manufacturing-focused solutions.
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization based on business value.
Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, including those related to AI features
Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable deliverables.
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in manufacturing.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective) and ensure adherence to Agile principles.

Required Skills

3 6 years of experience as a Product Owner.
Experience in the Wellness & Fitness Technology domain.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to Generative AI technologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
