Summary

13+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Agile Delivery within enterprise environments.
Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap by collaborating with business stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions.
Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring features are prioritized based on business value, customer needs, and strategic objectives.
Work closely with Scrum Masters, Developers, QA teams, UX/UI designers, and Architects to deliver high-quality products using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, product demonstrations, release planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful product delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product KPIs, monitor product performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
Manage stakeholder expectations, resolve product-related issues, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing features.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, product lifecycle management, digital transformation, and excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
