Vendor Coordinator (Houston, TX) with hybrid work schedule!

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to support our Construction Management team in Houston. In this role, you'll coordinate and align Construction Management & Inspection resources to support projects moving into the construction phase. If you enjoy keeping complex processes organized, building strong partnerships, and ensuring quality standards are met, this could be a great fit for you!

What You'll Do:
  • Monitor vendors for compliance and support stakeholder collaboration
  • Ensure vendors meet regulatory and inspection requirements
  • Review vendor inspection test plans and coordinate with engineering teams
  • Manage documentation packages, RFIs, NCRs, and inspection reports
  • Develop inspection checklists and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Track KPIs, supplier performance, and provide reporting as needed
  • Travel to other U.S. locations as necessary for assignments, training, and meetings

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in business analysis, vendor surveillance, project coordination, and/or construction management
  • Knowledge of trade skills related to inspection, pipeline, facility practices, or shop surveillance
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with public speaking
  • Military service may substitute for industry experience (MOS)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • API 510 certification
  • Knowledge of ASME, ASTM, ISO 9001 standards
  • Ability to review welding procedures and quality documentation
