Job Description:

Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Vlocity/OmniStudio, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and administration.
This role involves building scalable solutions, integrating systems, and supporting Salesforce platform enhancements while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirement/Must Have:

3 7 years of overall IT industry experience.
2 3 years of Salesforce development experience including coding, implementation, administration, and configuration.
Strong hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development.
Hands-on experience in OmniStudio on at least two projects or one project with significant implementation experience.
Experience working with integrations and Salesforce APIs.
Experience in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and customization.

Experience:

Experience working on multiple Salesforce implementation projects.
Experience with integrations and enterprise application environments.
Prior experience with technologies such as Java or .NET is preferred.
Experience working with distributed teams and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders.
Experience in healthcare payer domain is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and OmniStudio.
Develop integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
Customize Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
Implement workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
Participate in system design, development, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve production and deployment issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Support production deployments and resolve deployment-related errors.

Skills:

Lightning Web Components (LWC).
OmniStudio / Vlocity.
Apex and Visualforce.
Salesforce Lightning framework and Aura framework.
Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL).
JavaScript and related frameworks.
Web services integration including SOAP and REST.
Understanding of governor limits and Salesforce coding best practices.
Database concepts including SQL and database schemas.
HTML, HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, and web services.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualification And Education:

Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
Salesforce App Builder Certification.
Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification preferred.
Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Consultant certifications preferred.
