Duration: Approx. 6 months
Role Overview:We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and support modern web applications that power critical analytics and research platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on development environment, enjoys owning features end-to-end, and brings strong experience across Python and front-end technologies. You'll contribute to high-impact solutions while collaborating closely with engineers and stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and support web-based systems used for analytics, modeling, and research
- Write new code and review existing code to ensure high-quality development standards and best practices
- Support software solutions that assist with monitoring and managing risk-related processes
- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Python and modern front-end technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Assist with additional development initiatives as needed
Qualifications:- Hands-on experience with Python and full-stack web application development
- Strong front-end development skills using React and JavaScript
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern UI practices
- Experience with databases and SQL
- Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments
- Ability to write clean, effective, and maintainable code
Preferred:
- 3-7 years of relevant development experience
- Experience with Python web frameworks such as Flask or Dash
- Data processing experience using Pandas and NumPy
- Front-end frameworks and tools including Tailwind, jQuery, or DataTables
- Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Google Kubeflow)
- Background in quantitative finance or similar analytical environments
- Additional programming languages such as R, Java, C/C++, or SAS
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 2+ years of experience OR Bachelor's degree in the same fields with 5+ years of relevant experience
Compensation and Benefits:The pay rate for this position is between $65.00 and $82.26 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
