responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs from initiation through closure.
- Define program scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans and roadmaps.
- Manage multiple project workstreams, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Drive governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, and vendors.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, and program reviews.
- Monitor program performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
- Lead geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Drive organizational transformation, modernization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Implement Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
MBA or master's degree preferred.
PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certifications preferred.
Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar technology programs.
Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
