Your role in our mission

  • Establishes and maintains project-specific quality assurance strategies, plans, documentation, and metrics in alignment with standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Conducts quality assessments and evaluations to determine process and product compliance; documents findings and escalates unresolved issues as needed.
  • Reviews work products, analyzes defects and quality metrics, researches solutions, and implements approved quality improvements.
  • Leads and supports quality programs, audits, process improvements, and related training and standard practice updates.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentorship to less experienced quality assurance personnel.


What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; degree in business, engineering, MIS, computer science, or related field preferred.
  • Six or more years of experience in quality assurance, engineering, or management information systems.
  • Experience with quality metrics, defect analysis, and software industry data collection techniques.
  • Experience with software development methodologies, quality frameworks (e.g., SEI/CMM, ISO 9000), and project management methodologies.
  • Experience with software test science, test tools, and quality assurance principles and practices.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple projects, priorities, and remote environments.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to change, multiple work streams, and deadline-driven delivery within budget.
  • Basic leadership and technical proficiency, including mentoring, presentations, and business software tools.


What you should expect in this role

  • Fully remote options from Contiguous US locations only
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation
  • May support multiple projects or accounts simultaneously.
  • Requires collaboration with cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

The pay range for this position is $ 63,000 - $90,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
