Client located in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Lead / Solutions Architect for a contract to hire position. This person will lead a third-party, onsite development team, ensuring best practices, ensuring adherence to design standards, and providing hands-on coding assistance for development challenges. In addition, this person will act as the Scrum Master / Product Owner.
Required:
-Strong background in C#.NET development in an enterprise environment.
-Demonstrated expertise with software design principles.
-Experience leading development teams - code reviews, issue resolution, mentoring.
-Azure expertise.
Desired:
-Computer Science degree.
-Certifications.
