Position: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant
Location: - Remote
Duration: 12+ months Contract
Responsibilities:
8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Techno-functional in implementation or maintenance.
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM in Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits.
Hands-on with Redwood UI, VBCS, and Data Masking.
Technical exposure: Fast Formula, HCM Extract, BIP, HDL, HSDL.
Strong configuration, testing, and issue resolution skills.
Excellent stakeholder management & documentation abilities.
Strong ability to identify issues, analyze requirements, and develop effective solutions.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Implementation and support across Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits.
Design and conduct CRPs, SIT, UAT, and End User Training.
Manage data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)/PBL. Drive solution workshops with customer stakeholders and provide best practice guidance.
Work closely with project managers, SMEs, and technical teams for seamless delivery.
Develop HR integrations using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Web Services (SOAP/REST), OIC, and HDL.
Design and write Fast Formulas (Payroll/ABS/Benefits/Compensation/Element Eligibility).
Build OTBI, BIP & Dashboard reports for Business HR & HR Ops teams.
Technical Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the Oracle batch job system for performance and scalability.
Collaboration: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Strong project management and Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required
