We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Senior TPM) to lead large, cross-functional technology programs supporting enterprise supply chain, logistics, and product lifecycle systems. This role is responsible for driving execution across multiple workstreams, managing dependencies and risks, and delivering complex technology initiatives that support operational continuity and measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings strong program execution discipline, experience in mission-critical environments, and the ability to partner effectively with engineering and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale, multi-workstream technology programs with clearly defined scope, milestones, and timelines
- Own end-to-end program execution, including planning, scheduling, dependency management, and risk mitigation
- Drive delivery of enterprise software and systems supporting distribution centers, logistics operations, and retail networks
- Partner closely with engineering, logistics, transportation, real estate, and operations teams to align plans and execution
- Manage program delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- Track, communicate, and escalate program status, risks, and milestones to senior leaders and operational stakeholders
- Proactively identify and resolve execution risks, constraints, and impediments in mission-critical environments
- Support cost-reduction, automation, and modernization initiatives that improve operational efficiency
- Maintain strong execution rigor using JIRA, Confluence, and enterprise program management tools
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles
- Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs
- Strong execution skills in program planning, forecasting, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
- Experience working with supply chain or logistics systems (e.g., WMS, OMS, Inventory, PLM)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at both technical and executive levels
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams, vendors, and functional organizations
