Position: UKG HRIS Manager
Location: Hybrid onsite in Irvine, CA
Terms: Direct-hire
Compensation: 140,000 to 160,000 (W2 only) plus discretionary bonus

Own the strategy, administration, optimization, and evolution of a critical HR technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for a senior HRIS professional who enjoys being hands-on, driving process improvements, building system roadmaps, and partnering with stakeholders to maximize the value of HR technology.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for UKG.
- Own day-to-day HRIS administration, configuration, maintenance, testing, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Develop and execute HR systems strategies, roadmaps, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and optimize HR processes.
- Create and maintain reporting, dashboards, metrics, and workforce analytics.
- Lead HR technology projects, system enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Support performance management processes and related technologies, including SuccessFactors or comparable platforms.
- Provide troubleshooting, user support, training, and best-practice guidance.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of progressive HRIS experience.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with UKG; this is a required qualification.
- Proven experience owning HR systems strategy, roadmap development, and optimization efforts.
- Strong reporting, analytics, and dashboard development capabilities.
- Experience leading HRIS-related projects, upgrades, implementations, and system enhancements.
- Exposure to SuccessFactors is preferred or another enterprise performance management platform.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable HR technology solutions.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to execute, not just coordinate or delegate.
