Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Migration Coordinator to support customer transitions from UNIFI Pro to Content Catalog. This role is responsible for coordinating and performing migration activities, communicating with customers, managing migration
workflows, and supporting internal operational processes to ensure successful customer onboarding and migration completion.
Responsibilities
Schedule and lead customer introduction and kickoff meetings
Guide customers through the migration process and timeline
Collect and verify customer account and migration information
Manage migration tasks and status updates using internal tools and dashboards
Coordinate migration readiness, audits, and execution activities
Communicate with customers throughout migration review periods
Monitor and track migration progress in Salesforce and related systems
Collaborate with support, QA, and development teams to resolve migration issues
Maintain migration documentation, reports, and master tracking lists
Support process improvement initiatives to streamline migration operations
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience coordinating customer-facing operational processes
Experience with Revit, specifically family building. 3-5 years of Revit preferred
Experience with ACC / Autodesk Docs / Autodesk Forma. 1-3 years preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
Comfortable working with internal systems, dashboards, and collaboration tools
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, Airtable, or AI tools like Claude a plus
Experience supporting software migrations or customer onboarding programs
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
