Job Description:

The Data Scientist level 4 is the organization's senior-most technical authority for enterprise AI and advanced analytics, responsible for defining long-term vision, shaping enterprise-wide data science strategy, and driving transformative, cross-functional initiatives. This role leads large-scale data-driven transformations, establishes governance and responsible AI frameworks, advises executive leadership on strategic opportunities, builds and mentors high-performing teams, represents the organization in industry forums, and evaluates emerging technologies to guide innovation pipelines. Candidates should hold an advanced degree-preferably a PhD-with 15+ years of progressive data science and AI leadership, master-level proficiency in Python or R, a strong track record of enterprise-level impact, deep expertise across multiple AI domains, and experience influencing C-suite strategy. Preferred qualifications include published research or patents, experience scaling data science organizations, leadership in AI governance and regulatory compliance, and establishing enterprise standards for responsible use of AI coding assistants. Key competencies include visionary leadership, organizational influence, innovation, and strong executive presence.
