About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide high-touch, white-glove technology support to executive leadership. This individual will serve as the trusted technology partner for senior leaders, ensuring a seamless, secure, and highly personalized technology experience that maximizes productivity and supports critical business operations.

This role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional customer service skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. The Executive Support Specialist will work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, collaboration, engineering, and support teams to deliver outstanding executive technology services.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technology contact for executive leaders and their administrative staff, delivering responsive, professional, and confidential support.
  • Provide end-to-end support for executive technology environments, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, collaboration platforms, conference room technologies, and connectivity services.
  • Support executive meetings by ensuring Teams Rooms, audiovisual systems, collaboration platforms, presentations, and meeting technologies are fully operational before and during critical events.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, networking, and endpoint technology issues, coordinating with internal IT teams when necessary.
  • Build trusted relationships with executives, executive assistants, and business stakeholders, serving as a liaison between leadership and technology teams.
  • Enable reliable technology experiences for executive travel, remote work, and hybrid collaboration environments.
  • Support digital workplace initiatives and technology modernization efforts that enhance executive productivity and employee experience.
  • Gather executive feedback and translate business needs into actionable technology improvements.
  • Identify and mitigate technology risks while maintaining support documentation, standards, and best practices.
  • Promote and support cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring executive technology environments align with corporate security standards while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education, technical training, certifications, and relevant work experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in advanced desktop support, executive support, workplace technology, or customer-facing IT support roles.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or VIP users.
  • Hands-on experience supporting:
    • Microsoft 365
    • Windows operating systems
    • Mobile devices
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Conferencing technologies
    • Collaboration platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, networking, and endpoint technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting executive conference rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and audiovisual technologies.
  • Familiarity with:
    • Microsoft Intune
    • Microsoft Entra ID
    • Microsoft 365 Administration
    • Teams Phone
    • Endpoint management platforms
  • Experience working within ITIL-based service management environments.
  • Relevant certifications such as:
    • Microsoft Certifications
    • ITIL Foundation
    • CompTIA Certifications
    • Equivalent technical certifications
  • Experience supporting organizational change initiatives and technology adoption programs.

  • Executive/VIP support experience with a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with senior leadership.
  • Comfortable operating independently in high-pressure and highly visible situations.
