Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead / Account Executive to manage and grow strategic engagements within the insurance domain, specifically supporting Farmers Insurance-related initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivery management, client relationship management, account growth, and insurance technology services. This role requires a combination of delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and business development capabilities to ensure successful project execution and long-term client partnership growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagement and delivery management.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of insurance technology and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and client executives.
  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with offshore/onshore delivery teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource planning.
  • Lead status reviews, governance meetings, and executive reporting.
  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and solution teams for proposal creation and strategic planning.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations and organizational standards.
  • Support contract management, renewals, and account expansion initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Account Management, or Client Engagement roles.
  • Strong experience in the Insurance domain (P&C preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage large client accounts and delivery teams.
  • Experience working with global/offshore delivery models.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to drive client satisfaction and long-term account growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Farmers Insurance or similar insurance clients.
  • Knowledge of insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, or related ecosystems.
  • Experience in digital transformation, cloud, AI/ML, data, or enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
