The Core Bluetooth team is looking for a motivated software engineer to design, implement, and maintain next generation connectivity solutions. You are responsible for crafting and developing world changing wireless protocols such as exposure notifications on the very latest Apple products!

Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $120,300 and $210,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and design teams to define product features and requirements.
- Design, implement, debug, and test code running on Apple-branded products.
Minimum Qualifications
- You have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- You have very strong C++, C and embedded software skills.
- You have excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, programming and debugging skills.

- You're self-motivated and dedicated with validated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and can clearly communicate while authoritatively driving multiple projects across many teams.
- You're obsessively passionate and inquisitive, and seek to pursue everyday problems in innovative ways.
- You're laser-focused on the smallest details that are meaningful to our customers.
- Bluetooth or/and other wireless communication experience preferred.
