Role SummaryThe Network Administrator will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations, cloud platforms, and operational environments. This hands-on role will focus on network operations, site deployments, cloud networking, infrastructure automation, and ongoing performance optimization. The ideal candidate has experience supporting large, multi-site organizations within regulated industries and is passionate about building scalable, highly available network environments.
Key Responsibilities- Deploy and configure network infrastructure for new facilities, office expansions, and operational sites.
- Manage routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, and WAN connectivity.
- Design and support enterprise networking solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Build and maintain SD-WAN, site-to-site VPN, and remote access connectivity solutions.
- Support cloud networking platforms and connectivity between enterprise and cloud environments.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions for network provisioning and automation.
- Troubleshoot network performance, routing, DNS, DHCP, wireless, and connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with telecommunications providers to provision circuits and ensure network resiliency.
- Coordinate network installations, structured cabling, and infrastructure deployments with vendors and contractors.
- Support networking requirements for facility systems, security technologies, and operational infrastructure.
- Maintain network monitoring systems, documentation, diagrams, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in incident response, on-call support rotations, and after-hours maintenance activities.
- Contribute to network architecture planning, security improvements, and long-term infrastructure initiatives.
Additional Details- Work model: 4-5 days onsite
- 10-20% travel required for facility deployments and infrastructure projects

Requirements Required Qualifications- 5+ years of professional experience in network administration, network operations, or infrastructure engineering.
- Experience supporting large, multi-site enterprise environments within highly regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, wireless networking, and enterprise connectivity.
- Experience with Juniper networking technologies, including switches and wireless access points.
- Experience administering enterprise firewall and VPN solutions.
- Experience supporting cloud networking environments such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience troubleshooting complex network performance and connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Git, or similar tools.
- Experience supporting WAN, VPN, and site-to-site connectivity across multiple locations.
- Strong documentation, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)- Current CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking certification.
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, GlobalProtect, and enterprise VPN technologies.
- Experience supporting AWS networking services, including VPCs, VPN gateways, and related cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes networking concepts and containerized environments.
- Experience deploying and supporting high-availability production environments.
- Experience managing ISP relationships, telecommunications vendors, and circuit provisioning.
- Experience coordinating low-voltage, fiber, and structured cabling projects.
- Experience supporting physical security systems, access control, cameras, and IoT devices.
- Background in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, technology, finance, or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience with network automation, monitoring, and operational excellence initiatives.
