Job Summary: Leads stakeholder discovery and business assessment activities for CXI Platform, Claims, or G&A workstreams, translating current-state insights into actionable business recommendations. The role focuses on stakeholder interviews, current-state assessment, operating model review, domain discovery, process discovery, business alignment, and recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Plan and facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews with business, operations, and product teams. Document current-state processes, pain points, business rules, operating model gaps, and opportunity areas. Analyze business challenges and translate findings into clear discovery outputs and recommendations. Partner with architects, Business Analysts, PMO, and Data Science teams to align business needs with technical possibilities. Prepare executive-ready summaries, discovery observations, and transformation roadmap inputs. Required Qualifications: 5-8+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, transformation, or strategic advisory roles. Healthcare domain experience is required, with healthcare payer, claims, member experience, G&A, audit, or regulatory workflow exposure preferred based on track assignment. Experience facilitating workshops, conducting stakeholder interviews, and preparing assessment deliverables. Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with healthcare payer, claims, CXI/member experience, G&A, or operations transformation. Experience with business discovery, stakeholder management, operating model assessment, process analysis, executive communication, and change enablement. Experience delivering workshop outputs, interview notes, process findings, operating model assessments, opportunity lists, and recommendation packages.
