Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Majesco Configurator with strong hands-on experience in configuring insurance platform modules such as Policy, Billing, or Claims. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Majesco modules based on business and functional requirements
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Business Analysts for requirement analysis
  • Perform product configuration including rule setup, workflows, and business logic implementation
  • Support system testing, defect resolution, and production deployment activities
  • Ensure adherence to configuration standards, guidelines, and best practices

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Majesco configuration (Policy, Billing, or Claims modules)
  • Good understanding of insurance lifecycle processes
  • Experience with rating, underwriting rules, billing cycles, and claims workflows
  • Exposure to data migration and system/integration testing
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues

Experience Requirements

  • 6 10+ years of overall IT experience
  • 3 5+ years of experience in Majesco configuration roles
