Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Majesco Solution Architect with strong expertise across Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Annuity / Health (L&AH) domains. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring scalable design, and aligning business requirements with technology solutions for insurance platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution architecture for Majesco implementations across core modules such as Policy, Billing, and Claims
Define end-to-end system architecture including integrations, data flows, and dependencies
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable and efficient solutions
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and guidelines
Drive design reviews, architectural governance, and best practices
Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and proposal development

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Majesco Platform (P&C and/or L&AH)
Deep understanding of insurance domain processes and workflows
Expertise in solution architecture, system design, and integrations
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills

Experience Requirements

10 15+ years of overall IT experience
Minimum 5+ years in Majesco Solution Architecture roles
