Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications and Salesforce solutions
Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or others) as needed
Collaborate with developers, admins, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery
Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
Create user stories, process flows, and documentation
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure business requirements are met
Provide training and support to end-users
Maintain data integrity, reporting, and dashboards within Salesforce
Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning)
Experience with requirement gathering techniques and documentation
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration (workflows, validation rules, reports)
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst Certification)
Experience with integrations, APIs, or third-party tools
Knowledge of data migration and data management best practices
Nice to Have
Experience in domains like Banking.
