Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Engineers/Architects to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design and implement enterprise SAP solutions to support business and technology requirements.
- Define system architecture, integration strategies, and interface requirements across SAP applications and related platforms.
- Provide technical leadership, solution guidance, and architectural oversight throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
8+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise SAP solutions with strong solution architecture and integration expertise.

Technical Skills
|
SAP S/4HANA, SAP BusinessObjects Predictive Workbench, SAP Architecture, SAP Integration, Enterprise Architecture, System Design, Data Modeling, Solution Design

|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Business Process Analysis, Solution Architecture, Stakeholder Management, Enterprise Systems, Requirements Analysis, Strategic Planning

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing enterprise SAP architectures and large-scale system integrations.
- Knowledge of SAP analytics, reporting, and predictive technologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
