Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support online seminars, web properties, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, teamwork, and problem-solving skills and be comfortable working with global teams and flexible event schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Support online seminars for employees, partners, and customers using Webex.
- Build and maintain web pages across various Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Create responsive, accessible, and on-brand designs for web properties.
- Develop wireframes to support design, strategy, development, and content teams.
- Collaborate with web strategists, SEO experts, developers, writers, designers, and agency partners.
- Maintain brand standards, design specifications, and documentation.
- Support creation and updates of new website pages.
- Apply knowledge of user experience, information architecture, content strategy, and interactive design.
- Work effectively with technical and non-technical teams across global locations.
- Stay current with information security industry and design trends.
- Understand front-end and back-end development to create effective design solutions.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Experience working with web properties and CMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of responsive and accessible web design.
- Experience creating wireframes and digital design output.
- Strong portfolio of web and digital media design.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadline-oriented tasks.
- Ability to collaborate with domestic and international teams.
