Web Content Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a detail-oriented Web Content Specialist to support website administration, content publishing, and page development within a WordPress environment. This role will work closely with marketing, content, SEO, design, and digital experience teams to maintain site quality, support ongoing enhancements, and assist with a large-scale website migration initiative.

Responsibilities:
* Build, update, and maintain website pages and content in WordPress
* Execute website changes based on approved requests submitted through project management platforms
* Follow established templates, governance standards, and page build guidelines
* Support content publishing, website enhancements, template updates, and general site maintenance
* Troubleshoot page and website issues and collaborate with team members to resolve them
* Assist with an upcoming site migration, including updating existing templates and implementing new page components
* Review page builds in preview environments and identify alternative solutions when issues arise
* Partner with content, SEO, design, and digital experience stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution of requests
* Track work requests, project status, and implementation progress

REQUIREMENTS:
* 1-3 years of professional or internship experience in web content management, website administration, or a related field
* Experience working with WordPress CMS, preferably Gutenberg Builder
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
* Experience using collaboration and communication tools such as Outlook and Slack
* Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
* Customer-focused mindset and strong follow-through

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience supporting website migrations and redesign initiatives
* Familiarity with Figma and digital design workflows
* Understanding of SEO best practices
* Experience with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies and processes
* Experience with Yext or similar digital experience platforms
* Multilingual capabilities, particularly French and/or Spanish

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
