Kronos Developer / Time & Labor Lead

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Kronos Developer / Time & Labor Lead to spearhead the implementation, development, and support of our Workforce Management systems. In this role, you will combine your deep technical Kronos expertise with functional leadership to optimize our timekeeping, scheduling, and compliance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Lead & Develop: Drive the end-to-end implementation, configuration, development, and support for Kronos WFC, WFD (Workforce Dimensions), and WFR applications.
Integration Management: Design and develop seamless interfaces using Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) for WFC, and utilize middleware layers like Dell Boomi for WFR integrations.
Functional Optimization: Oversee and configure core workforce management disciplines including timekeeping, advanced scheduling, forecasting, accruals, attendance, and activities modules.
Compliance & Productivity: Ensure system alignment with complex workforce policies, including overtime management, leave management, compliance monitoring, work authorization, and productivity/incentive pay tracking.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary technical and functional lead, driving communication with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Required Qualifications

Total IT Experience: Minimum of 7 years of active experience in the Information Technology sector.
Kronos Expertise: Minimum of 6 years of direct, hands-on experience in implementation, development, and support projects specifically utilizing Kronos WFC / WFD / WFR applications.

Deep functional expertise across Kronos modules: Timekeeping, Scheduling, Forecasting, Accruals, Attendance, and Activities.
Strong hands-on experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and middleware solutions (e.g., Dell Boomi).
Solid understanding of advanced workforce tracking, such as employee self-service, schedule optimization, idle time monitoring, utilization metrics, and incentive pay structures.
