Role : Software Developer - Full Stack
Location : Brookfield, WI (Hybrid)
Duration: 3+ Months (with possible extension)

Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic Full Stack Software Developer to join our talented engineering team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge applications that drive efficiency and intelligence across enterprise systems.
Your contributions will play a vital part in transforming legacy systems into modern, scalable microservices architectures while leveraging the latest AI tools and frameworks.

Required Skills:
- Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Proven expertise in Java 21, Spring Boot, and building RESTful APIs and microservices
- Hands-on experience with Python applications using FastAPI and asynchronous programming
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and database design
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of security frameworks like OAuth2, JWT, Active Directory, and TLS
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with AI/ML integrations and large language model workflows (Lang Graph, LangChain)
- Experience with cloud-native development and modernization projects
- Familiarity with state machine patterns and workflow orchestration
- Knowledge of mapping libraries like Leaflet
- Experience with enterprise security architectures and cross-platform security implementations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience within a collaborative Agile environment
- Prior experience working on AI-powered applications and microservices architecture
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work onsite in Brookfield, WI, at least 3 days a week
- Strong communication skills and a self-motivated mindset
- Willingness to participate in modernization initiatives and continuous learning
