Job Description :As the Tech Lead AI you will drive the design development and deployment of advanced AI andmachine learning solutions across the enterprise
You ll collaborate with AI Architects Cloud Engineers,and CRM Development Teams eg Salesforce to deliver scalable ethical and high impact AI systems
Your expertise will span both Generative AI GenAI models such as Gemini GPT 4 and similar largelanguage models LLMs and traditional NLP Deep Learning architecturesKey
Responsibilities
Lead the design development and deployment of machine learning and GenAI models incollaboration with AI Architects Cloud Engineers and CRM Development TeamsArchitect end to end ML pipelines from data preparation and model training to deploymentand monitoring ensuring scalability efficiency and complianceCollaborate cross functionally with product owners data scientists and business stakeholdersto translate business needs into AI solutionsEnsure AI governance and ethics by monitoring for bias ensuring data privacy compliance andadhering to responsible AI principlesStay ahead of industry trends tools and research to continuously innovate and improve AIcapabilities within the organizationDocument architectures workflows and model lifecycles for transparency reproducibility andaudit readiness
Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Computer Engineering orrelated field advanced degree preferred
Proven experience 5 8 years in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Solution Design withdemonstrated leadership or tech lead responsibilitiesSensitivity Internal UseOnlyExcellent analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skillsPreferred
Nice to HaveExperience in Healthcare Payer or Healthcare Technology environmentsHands on experience with CRM platforms like SalesforceUnderstanding of data privacy security and ethical AI practicesExperience mentoring or training teams in AI ML concepts and implementationAs a Business Systems Analyst in an Agile Scrum team you will serve as the critical bridge betweenbusiness stakeholders and technical teams ensuring that system design and functionality align withstrategic goals You will work closely with Developers QA Product Owners and Scrum Masters totranslate business needs into clear actionable system requirement particularly within the SalesforceSFDC ecosystem
