  • Candidates understand how to test and troubleshoot across email clients and mobile devices, apply accessibility, deliverability, and compliance best practices, and build reusable templates, modules, and design patterns that improve quality, speed to production, and customer trust.
About Client:
  • Client is a 100+ year old energy company at the forefront of a digital transformation, striving to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop customer-facing email and SMS communications for the Proactive Communications product team.
  • Translate rough concepts into production-ready communications, contributing to layout, visual design decisions, and implementation details.
  • Code responsive, accessible email templates using strong HTML email development and CSS practices.

  • Experience with AMPscript and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) for dynamic and personalized communications.
  • Experience building communications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or similar communication platforms.
