Business Project Senior Analyst

Duties:

• Delivers on delegated tasks specific to externally funded initiatives assigned by a manager on the Shared Solutions team.
• Acquire thorough knowledge of each externally funded initiative. Understand goals and objectives, key stakeholders, etc.
• Ensure data quality in files sent between Accredo and vendor in support of compliance program.
• Pull data from internal data sources and send to vendor in support of texting pilot program. Ensure quality and accuracy of data.
• Accurately transcribe text campaign responses and add to patient record.
• Assesses, plans, monitors, evaluates, and reports on each project.
• Clearly communicates any issues or concerns related to the data and provides solutions for any issues.
• Participates in the design, development, and implementation of new enhancements including automation, controls, reporting, etc.
• Compiles and analyzes results for identification of improvement opportunities.
• If time permits, deliver on other projects as assigned.
• Vigilance and performance management for a variety of programs.
