Position Overview

Seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITAM, SPM, and TPRM modules.

This role requires strong hands-on configuration, development, integration, and best-practice advisory experience.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Configuration

• Lead technical workshops to gather business requirements.
• Design and configure ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, and script includes.
• Map business requirements to scalable technical solutions.

Development & Integration

• Develop custom applications using JavaScript.
• Perform API integrations using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Work with HTML and CSS for UI customizations.

Best Practices & Advisory

• Guide clients toward configuration over customization.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.

Documentation & Testing

• Create technical design documents and test scripts.
• Perform unit testing and code reviews.
• Write user stories and maintain documentation.

System Troubleshooting

• Act as escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Improve system performance and stability.
