Title: Helpdesk/Desktop support – Windows, MS365 applications

Location: Onsite 5 days a week in Jersey City, NJ

Duration: 6+ months

5-6 years overall IT experience

IT Desktop and laptop hardware support, experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications; basic iOS familiarity.

Active Directory user administration, network imaging/deployment tools (PXE or equivalent)
