A recognized media services organization is seeking a new Oracle Fusion Analytics Manager to join its growing team at either their Nashville, TN or Manhattan, NY location. This role will focus on building and governing reporting and insights across Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design, delivery, and governance of finance analytics and reporting for OTC and PTP process areas.
Translate finance requirements into scalable dashboards, data models, and self-service reporting solutions.
Define and maintain KPI standards, metric calculations, and a trusted source of truth for operational reporting.
Partner with finance, IT, and data teams to gather requirements, prioritize requests, and deliver actionable insights.
Support analytics across OTC and PTP lifecycles, including cash application, collections, invoicing, purchasing, payments, and related metrics.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in finance analytics, business intelligence, or ERP reporting, including 2+ years in a leadership or team-lead capacity
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP analytics tools, including Fusion Analytics Warehouse or Fusion Data Intelligence, OTBI, and BI Publisher
Strong functional understanding of OTC and PTP processes and Oracle Fusion data structures, including AR, AP, Procurement, and GL subledgers
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling, with experience building dashboards and applying data visualization best practices
Ability to translate finance requirements into analytics solutions and communicate insights to senior stakeholders
Experience with Oracle Fusion implementations, upgrades, or analytics migrations
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as OCI, Snowflake, or Azure
Exposure to ETL and integration tools
Knowledge of working-capital optimization and finance transformation initiatives
Oracle certifications related to Fusion Analytics or Cloud ERP
Experience supporting month-end close, controllership, or FP&A reporting
