Description: Our client is currently seeking a Enterprise Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within the financial services / banking domain. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex enterprise programs that align with organizational strategy, ensure effective resource utilization, and drive measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings strong project and change management expertise, thrives in complex stakeholder environments, and has a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of large, enterprise-wide programs and projects involving multiple business units, stakeholders, and geographically distributed teams.
  • Plan, organize, execute, and govern complex project initiatives in alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leaders, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective decision-making.
  • Apply project and change management best practices across technical and functional teams, integrating with established PMO and functional delivery models.
  • Define project scope, objectives, roles, responsibilities, and success metrics; ensure clear accountability across teams.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, including milestones, dependencies, risk mitigation strategies, and benefit realization plans.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, issues, budgets, and resource utilization; escalate concerns as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage resources across multiple projects and teams.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of project costs, capital requirements, and staffing needs.
  • Drive adoption of standardized project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Review project deliverables for quality and accuracy; provide coaching and mentoring to project team members.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and support organizational change initiatives to ensure sustainable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution (Associate's degree not accepted).
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including delivery of complex, cross-functional or enterprise-scale initiatives.
  • Experience within financial services, banking, or highly regulated environments.
  • Proven experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
  • Strong change management experience.

  • Project & Agile tools: JIRA, Agile methodologies
  • Portfolio & project management tools: Clarity (Project Builder), Lean Portfolio Management
  • Collaboration & facilitation tools: Zoom (including Whiteboard)
  • Productivity tools: Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP certification
  • Agile certification (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent)
  • Experience driving enterprise transformation initiatives
