Job Title: SAP Overhead & Revenue Recognition Workstream Lead (S/4HANA)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Project Costing & Project System (PS) SME to support the design and implementation of a Central Finance (S/4HANA) landscape.

This role is part of a large-scale digital transformation program focused on defining the target finance architecture and harmonizing financial data across multiple source systems into S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

Design replication of project costs and WBS-related transactions from source systems into S/4HANA Central Finance
Define overhead costing structures, costing sheets, and allocation rules to ensure consistency across systems
Ensure SAP PS transactions integrate seamlessly with FI/CO and Central Finance reporting
Define settlement and reconciliation processes between source systems and S/4HANA
Lead design workshops to define future-state project costing and CAS-compliant overhead allocation
Drive design governance and ensure financial data harmonization across complex landscapes

Required Skills (Top 3)

S/4HANA Finance (AR/AP/GL) – 5+ years
S/4HANA Central Finance Architecture – 3+ years
SAP Project System (PS) – 6+ years

Additional Desired Skills

S/4HANA Controlling (CO)
S/4HANA Master Data Management
Experience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) or Oil & Gas industries
Knowledge of CAS-compliant overhead allocation

Ideal Candidate Profile

Level 7 equivalent SAP consultant
Strong expertise in SAP PS and Central Finance
Proven ability to lead client workshops and stakeholder discussions
Strong analytical skills for complex data harmonization and financial transformation initiatives
