Senior Technical Program Manager – Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)
This role requires strong, hands-on Salesforce CPQ project experience.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr TPM) to lead delivery of our Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) technology roadmap within the Business Technology organization. This role owns execution of complex, cross-functional programs spanning Salesforce (CRM, CPQ, Revenue Cloud), billing, finance, and enterprise integrations, enabling scalable revenue and customer operations.
You will report to the Director of Technical Program Management and partner closely with Sales, Finance, and engineering leadership to deliver high-impact internal platforms.
What You'll Do
· Own end-to-end delivery of multi-year Q2C programs across quoting, contracting, billing, invoicing, and revenue workflows.
· Develop and manage integrated roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans.
· Lead matrixed teams across engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders.
· Identify and mitigate delivery, integration, and operational risks.
· Provide concise, data-driven executive reporting and decision support.
· Coordinate releases, change management, and business adoption.
Required Experience & Qualifications
· 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or enterprise program delivery.
· Proven, hands-on experience delivering Salesforce CPQ projects.
· Proven success delivering large-scale internal systems (Salesforce, billing, finance, or similar platforms).
· Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and revenue-related workflows.
· Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash and revenue lifecycle domains.
· Hands-on experience with Jira for roadmaps, epics, dependencies, and delivery tracking.
· Proven ability to produce executive-ready documentation and governance artifacts in Confluence.
· Experience coordinating delivery across integrated enterprise systems and API-driven architectures.
· Strong command of Agile / Hybrid delivery models in enterprise environments.
· Solid technical foundation (APIs, integrations, cloud platforms).
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
• Salesforce Revenue Cloud or advanced CPQ implementations.
• Billing, finance, or ERP system exposure.
• PMP, PgMP, CSM, or similar certification.
