Title AI Transformation Program Manager Enterprise Rollout

Role Overview:

You will drive the execution of multi-year, multi-million-dollar AI transformation programs across global enterprises. You ensure that our advanced technology deployment translates directly into measurable business value, adoption, and operational evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership: Lead the strategic and tactical rollout of AI platforms across organizations with 50,000+ employees.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage and align expectations with high-level enterprise stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and CISOs.
• Change Management: Ensure deep user adoption, comprehensive training, and continuous value realization across all business units.
• Metric Tracking: Rigorously track program ROI, operational KPIs, and tangible business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record managing massive, enterprise-wide technology or digital transformation rollouts.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and strategic planning skills with a deep understanding of enterprise change management dynamics.
