AI Consultant

Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Consultant to lead the development and implementation of enterprise AI strategies in a dynamic healthcare organization. This role combines high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver AI-driven solutions that enhance business operations across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to establish a centralized AI capability and drive impactful automation initiatives.

Requirements

A minimum of 7 years of experience in AI strategy development and implementation.

Proven ability to design and execute enterprise AI solutions in production settings.

Strong background in business solutioning and stakeholder collaboration.

Familiarity with workflow automation tools and agent-based AI systems.

Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and systems.

Ability to lead and sponsor enterprise AI capabilities, including establishing centers of excellence.

Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on experimentation and scaling successful initiatives.
